These terms and this privacy policy cover perfecthue.com and related services operated by Perfect Hue LLC. By using the site, you agree to them.

Information collected

Discord account data on sign-in: user ID, username, display name and avatar
Whether you are a member of the Perfect Hue Discord server
Content and activity on the site: profile settings, favorites, comments, posts and game progress
Usage data: download and view counts, and IP addresses for abuse prevention
Tip details processed by Stripe, such as name and email, and any message you choose to leave

Use

Data is used to provide the site and features you request, display your profile and content, and prevent abuse. Tip messages may be shown on the stream and in the Perfect Hue Discord. Data is not sold or used for advertising.

Sharing

Data is shared only with service providers that operate the site: Discord, Stripe, YouTube, Colyseus Cloud and Bunny. Content you post, including posts to the Perfect Hue Discord server, is visible to others. Data is stored in the United States.

Cookies

Cookies and browser storage are used only to keep you signed in and remember settings.

Retention and your rights

Account data is kept until you request deletion. You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data by emailing jason@perfecthue.com with your Discord username. You can revoke access in Discord under User Settings → Authorized Apps. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13.

Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. You allow Perfect Hue to display it on the site, on the stream and in the Perfect Hue Discord. Don’t post anything illegal, abusive, or that you don’t have the rights to. Posts and accounts may be removed at any time.

Wallpapers

Use of wallpapers is covered by the licensing terms.

Tips

Tips are voluntary, non-refundable except where required by law, and not tax-deductible.

The site is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, Perfect Hue LLC is not liable for damages arising from its use. These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado.
